\nUn nuevo sello de la Generalidad de Catalu\u00f1a distingue los establecimientos que hacen una apuesta especial por la gastronom\u00eda de calidad arraigada en el territorio.<\/p>\n

En Catalu\u00f1a se duerme bien y se come a\u00fan mejor. Y ello, en buena parte, es
\ngracias al esfuerzo que muchos establecimientos hoteleros est\u00e1n haciendo para poner en la mesa de sus hu\u00e9spedes lo mejor de comer y beber. Amantes del vino, entusiastas de la buena mesa, los hoteles gastron\u00f3micos os esperan.<\/p>\n

Algunos de estos establecimientos que apuestan por la gastronom\u00eda
\nde calidad re\u00fanen tantos atributos que han recibido un sello
\nde especializaci\u00f3n como Hoteles Gastron\u00f3micos. en estos
\nhoteles podr\u00e1s disfrutar de una comida con platos de cocina catalana
\nacompa\u00f1ados de vinos del territorio. Actualmente son 35 hoteles de
\npeque\u00f1o formato -pueden tener hasta 60 habitaciones como m\u00e1ximo-
\ny trato cercano, que se caracterizan porque informan ampliamente
\nlos clientes de su oferta gastron\u00f3mica, formada por productos de proximidad -un 40% como m\u00ednimo- y vinos de Denominaciones de Origen
\nProtegidas -m\u00e1s de un 50% de los cuales, catalanes-. las cocinas
\nde estos establecimientos siguen el ciclo de las estaciones y utilizan productos frescos. Dentro de esta selecci\u00f3n hay desde pensiones hasta hoteles de cinco estrellas, a gusto de todos los viajeros.
